For the construction of this project, the client chose steel trusses in combination with wooden purlins. The walls are made of concrete panels with brick slips. This gives the walls a brick-like appearance.

Wall cladding with a steel veneer with wood grain has been used for the other façades. This gives the impression that the building is clad in wood. The advantage of the steel cladding is that it is maintenance-free. The roof is made of corrugated sandwich panels.

The equestrian complex is substantial in size and fully equipped. It boasts a number of facilities such as a 30 x 60 metre indoor riding arena, 40 horse stables, 14 washing and grooming areas, various storage areas, a large reception area, 14 apartments, two indoor horse walkers and two indoor lunging arenas.
